Mackenzie produced this colourful castle picture which will brighten up our display.
Another amazing effort by Gabriel, who produced this enormous castle information poster. Gabriel worked hard to overcome the disappointment of losing his first draft in a computer disaster!
Rosa entertained us with a confident performance of her animal poem. She is also currently writing and performing some animal songs. Miss Ward thinks she might grow up to be the next Adele!
Gabriela drew this fantastic cat picture. She also told us about her horse-riding hobby.
Year 2W News
2W continue to show that they are super-enthusiastic hard workers, with an amazing range of homework produced over the Spring Break for our Knights and Castles topic. Miss Ward was delighted to see the posters, books, art work and photographs appear in the classroom. Thanks to all of the parents who helped the children produce this lovely work. We have everything on display in class- feel free to come and see at the end of the day.
Jack visited a castle with his family. He was able to tell us a lot about castle life and we have used his photos as a useful source of information in a Topic lesson.We were glad he survived a trip to the dungeons!
We were so impressed by Amalea's 3D castle picture, surrounded by castle facts. She worked really hard and it took her a very long time to produce. Great work!
We are very excited about our new topic, Amazing Animals, and are especially excited about our upcoming visit to Chester Zoo.
